Solution
First of all, let me tell you that whenever there is a restriction on the values, the flow is not without any amount. You should know here that the restriction on the values is due to reasons. The author only wants you to enter the specific information / price and you should follow it.
But, if you want to know, please see below –
Go to the DATA tab and click on the restricted cell. Look for data validation and click on it. Now, CLICK on Clear All and OK. This will remove the restrictions from the cell.
